A Holistic and Integrative Approach to Dentistry
While there are numerous dentists in the Sarasota area, World Class Dentistry® is one of only a few that believes in providing patients with a holistic and integrative approach. Not only is World Class Dentistry an advocate of safe, effective dentistry, but they also understand the importance of dental care in overall health. The health of your teeth and gums are connected to the health of the rest of your body—which is why Dr. Jill Morris and Dr. Burr Bakke are dedicated to educating their patients on the entirety of every procedure. From routine cleanings, to advanced surgeries, World Class Dentistry® provides the most effective, yet least invasive option to benefit each patient.
The following are ways that World Class Dentistry® uses a holistic approach to dentistry:
- Ozone is used in all surgical and hygiene appointments
- Safe mercury removal according to Huggins and IAOMT guidelines
- Biological material testing
- Zirconia metal free implants
- PRP and PRGF blood factors used to speed healing and decrease swelling
- Huggins training in extraction techniques
- Laser treatment of periodontal disease since 1996
- Three hygienists on staff for preventative services and hygiene
Both Dr. Bakke and Dr. Morris received their degrees in Naturapathic Medicine in 2014 from the College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry.
They are members of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology®, International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine®, and the Holistic Dental Association®.

Ozone or O3 is used during many of our hygiene, surgical, and restorative procedures. It is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic and does not harm human cells. It is used in the management of periodontal disease, prevention or arrest of tooth decay, and rescue of failing dental implants.
